DT Infrastructure welcomes Mark Fletcher as General Manager Rail

DT Infrastructure is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Fletcher as General Manager Rail.

Mark brings more than 25 years’ experience leading large-scale rail operations, major infrastructure programs and major projects across Australia and the UK.

A highly experienced infrastructure leader, Mark has a strong track record in building and scaling national rail businesses, improving safety performance and delivering sustained commercial outcomes. Throughout his career, he has led complex infrastructure portfolios across both contractor and operator environments, with expertise spanning asset management, operational performance and major project delivery.

Mark joins DTI from Laing O’Rourke, where he held the role of Business Unit Leader, Rail Operations.

Based in Melbourne, Mark will help lead DTI’s national rail division under Executive General Manager Rail, Paul Hawthorne, with a focus on Rail Operations and Project Delivery, business growth and the delivery of complex infrastructure portfolios.

DTI Executive General Manager Rail Paul Hawthorne said Mark’s appointment would further strengthen the company’s national rail capability.

“Mark is a highly respected rail leader with deep operational and project delivery experience across some of the industry’s most complex environments.”
