DT Infrastructure is pleased to announce the appointment of Anthony Kelly as Executive General Manager of Commercial and Project Finance. Anthony brings 27 years of extensive experience in commercial leadership across major infrastructure and construction projects in both the public and private sectors.

An experienced and deeply respected commercial leader, Anthony has held senior roles with top-tier contractors and consultancies in Australia and the UK, managing complex portfolios in rail, roads, water, energy, renewables, and more. Notably, he has overseen significant projects such as Sydney Gateway, Gold Coast Light Rail 3, and Sydney Metro Northwest.

Anthony joins DTI from John Holland, where he was the General Manager Commercial (National Infrastructure). In his new role, Anthony will lead DTI’s national Commercial and Project Finance functions, focusing on driving commercial strategy, enhancing project controls, and managing risk across the business. Part of the Executive Leadership Team, he will also be responsible for aligning commercial activities with DTI’s broader strategic goals as part of the Gamuda Group.

"We are very pleased to welcome Anthony to DTI. His extensive expertise in managing complex transactions, leading large project portfolios, and resolving high-value claims will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our commercial capabilities and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients,” said DTI Chief Executive Officer, John Anderson.

Anthony added, "I’m excited to be joining DTI and contributing to the continued growth and success of the business. DTI has a strong reputation for delivering critical infrastructure projects across the transport, renewables and Defence sectors and I look forward to working with the team to further enhance their commercial strategy and project delivery.”

Anthony will join DTI in July and be based in Sydney.
