Conditions of entry
- Entrants must submit an expression of interest application including CV for graduate opportunities at DT Infrastructure via the online careers portal.
- There is no entry fee to enter this draw.
- Employees of DT Infrastructure are unable to enter the prize draw and are subsequently unable to win the prize draw.
- Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions.
- By submitting an expression of interest application including CV for a graduate opportunity at DT Infrastructure via the online Gamuda careers portal you will be entering this competition and will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
- All entries become the property of the Promoter.
Entry period
Entry into the prize draw opens at 8.00am local time Monday 2 March and closes at 5.00pm local time Thursday 2 April 2026.
Entry method
Entrants submit an application including CV for graduate opportunities at DT Infrastructure via the online careers portal.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they provide the correct contact information in their application in order for the winner to be notified.
Maximum number of entries
An entrant may enter the prize draw only once during the entry period – for a maximum of one (1) entry in total per state.
Draw details
One (1) random draw for each of the following states Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, and combined Western Australia and South Australia will be conducted on Friday 10 April between 9.00am-10.00am AEST at DT Infrastructure premises, Level 23, 140 Creek Street, Brisbane Qld 4000 by the Promoter.
Prize details
There is one (1) prize to be won for each state or combination of states as follows:
- Victoria: $200.00 Prezee Gift Card
- New South Wales: $200.00 Prezee Gift Card
- Queensland: $200.00 Prezee Gift Card
- Western Australia and South Australia: $200.00 Prezee Gift Card
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Notification of winners
The winner will be contacted by email or phone following the random draw.
Publication details
Name of the winners will be published on the Promoter’s website: https://dtinfrastructure.com.au/competitiontermsandconditions/ and in an email to all applicants.
Prize claim and date
The winner must confirm within two (2) weeks of being notified of winning, an appropriate email address for the prize to be delivered to by the Promoter.
Prize delivery
The Promoter will make every reasonable effort to locate the prize winner – or in the event that the original prize winner has not provided an email address or phone number, the prize winner will be redrawn. The Promoter will deliver the prize to the prize winner by email. The prize will be delivered within one (1) month of determining the prize winner.
Release and indemnity
The Promoter shall not be liable for any cost, loss or expense incurred as a result of the acceptance of the prize or participation in the competition. This includes any damage or injury suffered. As well as personal injury, loss of opportunity or profit or damage to property whether direct or indirect or consequential or due to the deliberate or negligent acts or omissions of the Promoter or otherwise.
The Promoter does not warrant or represent the quality, suitability or merchantability of the goods or services offered as prizes.
Cancellation of prize draw
The Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify the prize draw for any reason including computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the Promoter’s control. This may affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the prize draw.
The Promoter may also cancel, suspend or modify the prize draw if the determination of the prize winner or the delivery of the prize is prevented or hindered by any outside party or event including but not limited to vandalism, power failure, tempest, natural disaster, acts of God, civil unrest or strikes or other industrial action.
Personal information
The Promoter is collecting your information in compliance with the Information Privacy Act 2000 (Vic). By entering the prize draw your personal information will be used to conduct the prize draw and the winner’s name will be published in either the post-event email or social media assets of the Promoter. Your personal information provided by entering the prize draw may be transferred and stored overseas to administer the Promoter’s services and communications to you. By entering the prize draw, you consent to this transfer of information, and it is acknowledged that Australian Privacy Principle 8.1 shall not be applicable to this disclosure.
